15 scholarship winners were awarded money from the SPE Delta Section. They will collect a total amount of $15,000. The amount is raised through the success of the Deepwater Technical Symposium which you make possible. We awarded scholarships based on academic performance, financial need,
community service achievements, and interest in the petroleum industry with emphasis on supporting students in our region. The decisions were very difficult because many of the students are extremely committed to their degrees and the petroleum industry. We are proud of our winners and make this contribution to help them reach their goals in our industry.
